<description>Great new info on my favorite topic. So, as mass approaches the Chandrasekhar limit, it is slowed exponentially in four dimensions. As an observer, the mass is constantly approaching at a slowing rate of speed through an infinite amount of time. From the mass' point of view, it is constantly approaching at an increasing rate of speed through the same amount of time. Once past this limit, the mass is completely at the whim of the hole, and is throttled toward the inner limit at faster than light speeds. Space beyond the inner limit could be considered a sort of "waiting room" for mass as it is ejected through the other side.
Whew! Glad I could get that out. Give me more!
